Terms of Service

Aurrion is a personal finance tool that helps you estimate your military pay, plan how to use each paycheck, and track connected bank accounts, debt, and transactions. Some features require a paid subscription.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price(currently $5.99/month for Basic and $9.99/month for Premium) until you cancel. Premium includes a 7-day free trial; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged and the subscription renews monthly.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription (or the Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Aurrion. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

Aurrion provides estimates and planning tools for your information only. Pay figures are estimates and may not match your actual LES. Nothing in Aurrion is financial, legal, or tax advice, and you are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Verify important numbers against your official statements.

Aurrion is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of War, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and devices secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may enable passkeys and trusted-device verification to help protect your account.

When you connect a financial account, you authorize Aurrion and our provider, Plaid, to access the account data needed to provide the service (balances, transactions, and liabilities). Aurrion never receives your bank username or password. You can disconnect a bank at any time from the Accounts page.

Aurrion offers paid plans (currently Basic at $5.99/month and Premium at $9.99/month). Premium may include a free trial; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled, and your payment method is charged at the start of each period. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Prices may change with prior notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and canceling stops future charges without refunding the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the app.

Don’t misuse the service — for example, by attempting to access other users’ data, probing or disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, scraping, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Aurrion and its content, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. Your data remains yours.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurrion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Aurrion and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. You can export your data before deleting your account.

We may update these Terms or the service over time. If we make material changes we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
